We offer In-Store credit where you will be able to hold a balance with us to purchase items. The duration, amount, and validity of the in-store credit will be disclosed when offered to you. The in-store credit may be for the full or partial value of the product or service, based upon our sole discretion.

Products & Service Promotions:

We may offer promotions or discounts on products or services we offer. In such cases, any purchase of a product or service is generally not refundable. There may be cases where we evaluate eligibility such us when major defects are present, or products are not as described.

Return & Refund Conditions:

In order to be eligible for a return or a refund for a product or service, where applicable, the following conditions must be present:

Receipt:

You must present the original receipt for the Purchase or any acceptable proof of purchase you might have. Another form of proof could be a bank transaction receipt displayed through an official bank document. For other methods of proof of purchase, please contact us.

Unused Item:

The item you return should not be used or damaged. It should be presented as purchased, without any signs of wear and tear. The objective decision of whether the item appears to be used or damaged remain with us, in our sole discretion.

Packaging:

The item, if physical, should be returned in the original packaging it was received in. In some cases, where original packaging can’t be recovered or restored to its original form after opening, we may accept the items as handed given it meets all other criteria.

Duration:

All requests for refunds must be received by us within 3 days from the date of purchase of the product or service. Please make sure to contact us within 3 days if you desire a refund.
